Hello, I'm Tom! I'm an illustrator and artist based in the North of England.
I'm particularly fond of portraiture and figurative drawings to explore the fluid, narrative inner world of dreams, memories, fantasies, and emotions which we all secretly inhabit. Touching on topics such as intimacy, identity, sexuality, and relationships, my aim is to tell stories through drawings which communicate the complex interplay of the two worlds: psychic and material, within and without.
My work covers a variety of mediums, from traditional analogue practices such as large-format charcoal and pastel drawings, to experiments in collage, character art, comics, digital art; and sometimes I even sculpt miniature animals.
